About The Project
Micro Tek is a Milan-based company specialising in the distribution of cables, connectors, accessories and installation components for the telecommunications, security and networking sectors. Founded in 1984 during the boom of private television in Italy, the company has grown into an established reference point for professionals and installers across the country.
The product range covers seven main categories: special cables, coaxial cables, connectors and accessories, networking (Cat. 5e through 7A, fibre optics), security systems cabling, instrumentation, and fibre optics in both single-mode and multi-mode configurations. Micro Tek is also the official Italian distributor for Wi-Tek wireless solutions and has historically distributed CABEL CON and WISI branded products.
The website is bilingual (Italian and English) and serves both as a product catalogue and a resource hub. It includes a searchable product database by code or description, a dedicated download area for catalogues and price lists, technical support with tutorials and FAQs, and a regularly updated news section. A reserved area provides registered clients with additional tools and documentation. The company also publishes Micro Tek Magazine, a newsletter covering industry developments and product updates.
